Purposely planned with four tees for each hole, Marvel can play as easy or as difficult as your particular game dictates. Marvel selected the best varieties of grasses available for our playing surfaces. They have Penn A-1 creeping bent grass on the greens that allow them to maintain a daily speed of 9.5 on the stimpmeter. Marvel was the very first golf course to use Transcontinental Bermuda grass, a seeded variety, for our tees and fairways. The seeded nature of the Bermuda grass gives the fairways and tees and smoother playing surface than tradition non-seeded varieties. |
